This lamp is very well constructed. It has a rich look and fits well into my decor. I love it. I just wish the cord had been brown or black instead of white. I am still happy with my purchase.

The construction looks good at a distance but it really looks like I did a "do-it-yourself" project because the top part of the lamp is not lined up with the bottom half and nothing is on center. I got two for Christmas and they look okay but I always am staring at them wondering why they are not symmetrical and centered. I'm always trying to bend the shade part to be center and level... still, for the price they're okay. When I start making the big bucks I'll replace them with higher quality stuff. The white cord leaves a lot to be desired as well. The shade is very plain, not a lot of texture to the linen. Good size--larger than I though they would be.

The lamp is useless without the shade holder. You cannot place the lampshade on top of the bulb; you must have the attachment for the base of the lamp which holds the lampshade on top of the lamp. The packing box indicated a missing part by putting a \ mark over the #2 Items which should have been caught by the Packaging Department. Previous emails to Amazon concerning this omission have been ignored.

This is a stunning elegant/contemporary lamp. I would buy this again for sure. I changed out the lampshade to a true drum shade because the one it comes with has a slight angle to it, and it changed the feel of it completely, I love it.

The floor lamp arrived on time. The covering glob on one light fell off. Poor clamps. When I plugged it in there was a loud pop and sparks flew out from the top two lights. Only the lower light now works.

I'm stuck with it because I was too ill to ship it back.

I bought these for bedside table lamps and they are very well made and beautiful to look at. I have been looking for a long time for "just the right lamp" and I think I finally found them. The shades are lovely when the lamps are on. I purchased the orange ones and like another reviewer said, they are a very pleasing shade of orange not bright at all. I also like the wider base so they are very stable.

I was alittle worried that the orange would be too bright but the color is perfect and not at all too bright or too dark!! I brought 2 and I am very pleased with this purchase and shipping was super fast so that is always a plus. I really can not say anything bad about these lamps...they are gorgeous.And the flower silhouette when it is turned on just makes my whole room look beautiful!The lamps feel and look well made and study, so not easliy knocked off a table. For the money, this lamp is really nice. It doesn't look cheap at all, seems to be of decent quality build, is attractive and the best part is in fact the unique lampshade that when lit up shows you silhouettes of flowers just like the picture on Amazon suggests. It has a very warm and homely feel to it. We love it! Really a fantastic product for the price. The only thing I'd improve is: (1) enabling the lampshade to tilt..because it does not as is (2) enabling the light to be a little brighter but it isn't too bad as is.

For the purpose we bought it for whcih is to sit on a large office desk and look good and provide enough warm light to comfortably work by ina cozy environment, this lamp is great.

Bought this fixture to match a 3-bay fixture that Home Depot no longer carries. That fixture was the right look for our kitchen and this one completed the room. The build quality is good. Metal components are strong (not flimsy) but the glass parts are dipped and have a slightly non-uniform coating that is evident form only a foot away. The glass components also are not shaped exactly "true" so you will have to rotate each one, "fiddling" it to match the orientation of the others on the fixture. it is not difficult but you will notice something askew if you don't take the time during assembly.

Overall, the quality is good, better than what you typically get from the big box stores for the price. Just be prepared to "adjust" it after assembly. You will be pleased.

We purchased this light fixture for over the kitchen island. We like the overall look/style but please note that the actual color of the shade is yellow rather than white as shown in the image. The yellow tends to defuse the light so it is not as bright as we would like. During the day light it is not a problem but at night the light is not as bright.

While the light fixture itself is a breeze to install, I was disappointed that there is so much light showing around what should be a "flush mount." It is IMPORTANT to purchase the thinner fluorescent lights as we almost broke the fixtures trying to force standard lights is such a tight space. The wiring will prevent a standard bulb from fitting. The instructions simply state "fluorescent" bulb with no specifics diameter size (I did not even know they came in different diameters). Lastly, it is virtually impossible to screw the thumbscrews into the shade holder...soooooo frustrating that I am NOT looking forward to the time when the bulbs require replacing. The last step was one of the most frustrating.

Very attractive lamp and it fits my decor perfectly. Looks more expensive than it was. The shade is more of a tan color than ivory but gives off plenty of light and is very attractive. You do have to put the lamp together, i.e., attach the base to the lamp, and, of course place the shade and finial on top.

I would definitely recommend this lamp. My daughter is an interior designer and she said she loves it too.

This is beautiful and a much needed fixture for my new house. It goes with most of my rooms so I have many choices on where to set it up. It lights beautifully and gives a welcoming glow in the current room it is in.

I can have the lower light level on for more of a mood lighting in my living room or switch it on the highest level for reading. I love this chandelier. I bought it to go over my kitchen table and it is fabulous. It's the perfect size for a 4 chair table and the colors are vibrant and happy. I'm very pleased. I didn't need a professional to install it, but I don't know enough not to electrocute myself if I'd tried it. So, I let my dad do it for me. He did a marvelous job, and it looks wonderful and works perfectly.

Looks just like the photo. It has a chain, so you can decide the height at which it will hang. One of the faceted "jewels" is missing, so I will write the company and ask them to send another, but it will be easy to attach.

Although I ended up returning it and getting a shorter one. You'll want a 14 foot ceiling to use this. I miscalculated when I didn't take the length of the fan itself into account; that made the fan about 10 inches too low.

I purchased these lamps for a guest bedroom. I didn't want to invest a lot, so I decided to order these two brushed nickel lamps. The postage made them slightly over $60. I had purchased some lamps that I love at Walmart for about the same price, but thought I'd try the ones on Amazon.

I was very disappointed. One was cut on the base. The brushed nickel is actually a thick paint. The shades were very difficult to get alligned. They were crooked and looked awful until I did a lot of twisting and turning and bending to get them right. Once I did, they were okay, but I've never had to work so hard to get a lamp to look decent.

All in all, I was not satisfied, but with the shipping being so high, I just didn't want to return them. I'm keeping them and remembering to NEVER order 2K lamps again.

Contrary to a lot of reviews I read up here, I am a huge fan of these lamps. While they do not compare to a thousand dollar lamp, they are at least at good as any Ashley Furnitiure or Target lamp. I could not be happier with my purchase.
