The picture of the light is deceiving. I thought it was a cream color which was what I wanted. When I received it, it was green in color. The light overall is very well made and casts a nice light. I didn't want to deal with returning it so I spray painted it the color I wanted. Turned out nice.

I bought these for bedside table lamps and they are very well made and beautiful to look at. I have been looking for a long time for "just the right lamp" and I think I finally found them. The shades are lovely when the lamps are on. I purchased the orange ones and like another reviewer said, they are a very pleasing shade of orange not bright at all. I also like the wider base so they are very stable.

I was alittle worried that the orange would be too bright but the color is perfect and not at all too bright or too dark!! I brought 2 and I am very pleased with this purchase and shipping was super fast so that is always a plus. I really can not say anything bad about these lamps...they are gorgeous.And the flower silhouette when it is turned on just makes my whole room look beautiful!The lamps feel and look well made and study, so not easliy knocked off a table. WELL WORTH THE PRICE!I am a very happy customer! :-)

For the money, this lamp is really nice. It doesn't look cheap at all, seems to be of decent quality build, is attractive and the best part is in fact the unique lampshade that when lit up shows you silhouettes of flowers just like the picture on Amazon suggests. It has a very warm and homely feel to it. We love it! Really a fantastic product for the price. The only thing I'd improve is: (1) enabling the lampshade to tilt..because it does not as is (2) enabling the light to be a little brighter but it isn't too bad as is.

For the purpose we bought it for whcih is to sit on a large office desk and look good and provide enough warm light to comfortably work by ina cozy environment, this lamp is great.

We purchased 2 of these "white" fans from a local vendor, along with an Oil Rubbed Bronze (CF711ORB) and Brushed Steel (CF711BS). We intended to order 2 Appliance White finishes (what we *assumed* was CF711AW based on the other codes). We returned home from work after our contractor installed these to learn that we incorrectly assumed the AW code meant Appliance White (bright white), when it is actually used Summer White. (?! Why is this not CF711SW???) The Summer White finish is cream / almost yellow and looks AWFUL against the true white ceiling and trim in the bedrooms. We tried to go through our vendor (a local vendor who is great) to contact Emerson and ask them to exchange, but Emerson said no because we had already installed these. Beware of the finishes of these! Otherwise the fan is fine, but I can't get over the horrible color. The product code makes no sense here. Emerson needs to fix this to avoid future incidents like this.

I didn't like the basic black lamp posts that I was seeing at the Home Depot and Lowes, so after searching around Amazon for a while, I came across this post. Price is good, I recieved it fast, it was easy to put together and it looks great. Don't think you're going to fool anyone in thinking that its a wood post its obvious that its PVC since its got that little shine to it, but it doesn't matter. It goes very well with my white colonial cape cod house and no one else in my neighborhood has anything like it. Its also very tall probably about a foot taller than most other posts. I like that though since I won't knock my head on the lamp now when I'm mowing the grass around it.

Replaced the plain metal post that the builder put in 10 years ago (which has been dented many times by my kids) for this one. Installation was pretty straightforward and easy. Finished product looks great and has been holding up well. Some of the gluing-of-the-pieces was a little funky, plus I did it on a cold day, which made it harder. But, I'm happy with the post and would recommend/buy again!

I love this chandelier. I bought it to go over my kitchen table and it is fabulous. It's the perfect size for a 4 chair table and the colors are vibrant and happy. I'm very pleased. I didn't need a professional to install it, but I don't know enough not to electrocute myself if I'd tried it. So, I let my dad do it for me. He did a marvelous job, and it looks wonderful and works perfectly.

Looks just like the photo. It has a chain, so you can decide the height at which it will hang. One of the faceted "jewels" is missing, so I will write the company and ask them to send another, but it will be easy to attach.

If you do not have another source of light for your patio table, this is a must have. My husband and I play cards for hours each night in the summer. No more dragging out the extension cord from the garage. This light is surprisingly bright, simple to use and lasts for several hours. My only complaint is that you must recharge it EVERY DAY, even if you have used it just a few minutes the night before. I would love an extra battery, but I can't find how to purchase an extra one. That said, this is my favorite patio purchase.

This set of lights is exactly what I have been looking for and even at just six lights put out more light the eight of the other incandecent bulbs. A really easy installation when I marked a piece of 1 x 2 wood drilled holes for the bulbs and another for the mounting screw and then cut them out with my table saw. Each light is made to hook to the next one but there is a long cable, I think about 20 included. I have three on one side of my pergola and three on the other and the coverage is complete. Good buy

Review Update: The lights worked great for a week but three of them went out and they are now useless and it seems that there are no replacements. I just got a notice that the return deadline was yesterday. You get what you pay for and this is a poor product.

Installed my lights on some dark staris in my back yard on the 1st. They gave us the perfect light we were looking for. Just enough light for my crippled butt to keep from falling and keep my dog w/ Cataracts from running into the rail. However, on the 3rd the first light in the string quit. There was no rain, temp was 65-80° w/ humidity around 50-70%. Installed perfectly and easily with a gentle push into the hole. Like title states, cheap LED s. However install, appearance, amount of light and even the cheap drill bit (cut 6 holes in treated wood flawlessly) would have been 5/5 stars. Will update if return goes well.

Bought 3 sets of these and put them in my new deck / stairs. Attached them to the power source and 2 of the lights do not work. Should have listened to some of the other reviews where lights don't work and burn out pre-maturely. Contacted the manufacturer via their web site and got an automatic response that someone would be replying within 48 hours, 3 day now and no reply. Now I'm stuck with holes in the deck or buying another set as a spare? If you are looking to buy these I would test the lights before installing them or look at another product from a different manufacturer.

I used two of these sconces to set off either side of a large piece of artwork on an end wall of the room. These were perfect and really look good. I used 75 watt halogen bulbs that are dimmable and provide non-glare lighting that is bright and fill the wall area with light.

The style is very contemporary and goes well with my wall art, burgundy couch and chair. Very satisfied.

Looks great, but there are design problems:

1. this pretty large vertically oriented lamp is held on only a single point, and it can't be tightened up easily because this decorative round threaded cap is very very smooth, nothing to grip onto. So the entire lamp seems to easily tip over and the glass shade would just fall down.

2. Because it's held by a capped and not a regular nut, you have to carefully measure how much of the threaded tube should stick out, and you can easily spend some "quality time" adjusting how much of the threaded tube should be screwed in, while the manual says only three full turns

3. The frame is larger than the glass shade and you have to carefully adjust glass shade's position when inserting, it's only held by the gravity there

4. You can only install bulb when the glass shade is in place, otherwise you won't be able to slip the shade over the bulb

5. The manual that came with the unit is generally written for the entire product line and doesn't address my concerns above at all

6. The products comes without some auxiliary components (two mounting screws and two electrical wire-to-wire connection cones) and you have to run around look for it, especially if it's brand new installation (vs. replacement). I expected from a product in this price range to be worry-free equipped...

I'm surprised that other reviewers posted "installation is easy"; it rather seems to be easy but I'm not sure whether the glass shade will still be there in the morning...

The design is beautiful, though, my wife bought three of those.

While looking for other lights, saw this light and smiled. We bought 4 of them 5 several years while building our cabin. They are on either side of our cabin's fireplace, and on both sides of the doorway into the great room. We have very tall ceilings (11-14 feet) and their length and classy look are perfect in the setting. We too have them on a dimmer with an incandescent light. The oiled bronze was more black than brown. I think we paid about $70 each at the time. Although pricey now, in the right place they're worth it.

Everyone that has seen these installed at my house have commented that they look great. As for the other reviewer who noted that they are flimsy when installed, I just used an extra nut I had and tightened it down as much as I needed. The rounded cap nut is somewhat useless anyway given that it is covered with the shade, so it would have made more sense to just include another standard one. Also, the shade height as seated on one mine was a little off compared to the other (bought two for either side of the tv), due to the metal brace the shade fits in being a little snugger than the other. This was easily fixed with a 'little" bending. Overall the looks of these are excellent, especially on either side of my wall mounted flat screen.

With regards to price, at 75 they would probably be priced right. As is, they are a little pricey for the quality of materials, etc. but not so much that I would call them expensive.

Overall 5 stars for the look and 4 stars on the install (parts).
