This is the second time I purchased this light and what a POS. The end of the light where the chage port is is cheap[glued together) and already broken. Never again will I buy thie light.

We were always hanging our towels over the chairs, etc, when used in our pool. This is a large, sturdy towel rack and really serves the purpose of drying your towels after use. It is attractive and a good addition to your pool or any outdoor area.

We got this for our autistic son who has been leaving lights on when he goes to bed. This lamp has a timer on it and will shut off after an hour. Perfect for the situation. He doesn't need to leave lights on any more. The only thing I would say is that these really are lasers so you can't look into the laser....I know, common sense but, the "stars" are projected in a wide area so you have to be careful you don't accidently have contact. The lamp does have a fail safe that will turn the lasers off if you stand in front of it. As for our son, he does understand what lasers can do to your vision so he is not in danger of looking into the lasers.

I love my new fixture. Looks great. This was the first time installing a light fixture, so it probably took me longer than it would for others. The only pain was the chain. I'm guessing its the same way with all fixtures with chain. I had to go buy bolt cutters to shorten the chain. I couldn't cut the links with any other tools I had. It wouldn't bend at all in a vice grip. I also purchased 2 quick link fasteners instead of trying to bend the chain and then bend it back. Overall, I'm really happy with my new light. Looks great in a breakfast area.

This light is made of sturdy metal, does not look cheap and was fairly easy to install. We put 100 W. bulbs in it but decided it was brighter than we needed and changed them out to 75 W. bulbs. The quality of the light is better than we expected! Love it!

It's way better than what we had, but I had higher hopes. The light bulb placements and sizes result in a weird shadow to be cast that makes it look like there is a burnout bulb. The glass colour is cream, not yellow, not white. The oil rubbed bronze is attractive. My handyman didn't seem to have too much trouble installing it where the old fan light used to be. Recommended with reservations.

These burn wonderfully, have a clever fill design, and the torch part is shaped in an aesthetically pleasing way. However, the poles that come with it look and feel cheap and flimsy (and were dinged-up straight out of the box)certainly not what I'd expect for the price. Bought two with plans to buy more if we liked them, but will probably just stick with these two due solely to the low pole quality.

Although this has a nice design for the head of the lamp, the poles do not do it justice. The plastic pieces that screw together broke on one of the poles after the first use. I think I will be getting a broom handle that fits inside and cutting off the piece that connects to the head...at least then it can be usable. I searched the internet for replacement poles and could not find them. Probably because they were made in Denmark.

The concept and modern touch is nice, but the construction materials are sub par.

They appear to have fixed issues with earlier reports of them being flimsy and needing a broom handle, but they are cheap. I placed one in a newly topsoiled area to see how they looked. Waited until dark to light and then removed. When I grabbed and was pulling them out of the ground, the threaded section came out of one of the sections. I'm not a big person and was not using any extra force, one arm to pull straight up and they came apart.

These will be going back, there are much better options. For the premium these are not worth it. I can see places these could be approved upon to maybe get them close to the $70 asking price. But these will be rated as poor, due to construction/material quality.

Don't waste your money, better alternatives out there!

I had a dark corner in my living room and was looking for a swag lamp which was bright enough to double as a reading light. We didn't really need the table lamp but we fell in love with it when it arrived so we easily made a spot for it. The circumference of the shade of the swag lamp was larger than I had imagined but it still fit the space well. The cord is plenty long and so is the chain, so if your application causes the chain to be exposed it will still look nice. The flickwheel switch is about 6 inches from the plug, which was perfect for me, as I plug it into a surge protector next to my recliner, but if your outlet is behind something, this might not work for you.

I actually bought this off a different website and wish I had not violated my cardinal rule to Google any item first for price... Amazon was the cheapest I would have found.

In any case this light just seemed bigger in person which is a good thing because up on a ceiling they always seem smaller. Feels solid, well built, couldnt detect any plastic in it. We have 2-100 watt bulbs in it, which it is actually rated for but since I just installed it I will wait to see at night if these end up being a tad on the bright side (which it seems to be). The instruction manual is many pages and covers every light this company manufactures from wall mount to ceiling which is a waste of paper IMO but anyone who has installed a ceiling light whether indoor/outdoor will have no problems as nothing has changed :)

Paid about $10 more then I could have but still happy, the light looks like an expensive light in person and much better then just about anything out of your local big box store.

This is heavy, cast aluminum and real glass, looks like it should last for many years.

I have not put it up yet, but from the look and feel of it in my hands it should be beautiful.

However, the screw on top to hold the shade in place is stripped and would not screw on. My husband plans on fixing it himself that way I do not have to incurrr the cost and trouble of sending it back just because of the screw.

The lamp is a thick porcelain which I like, it feels sturdy. The color I would describe as bronze not copper. On the plus side it came with a bulb that the description said was not included. The shade is what sold me and matches the design well. Overall I am happy with the product but disappointed in the color. Bronze goes with my color scheme but it doesn't pop out like copper would have. Just imagine what you see in the picture glazed in brown.
