I actually bought this off a different website and wish I had not violated my cardinal rule to Google any item first for price... Amazon was the cheapest I would have found.
In any case this light just seemed bigger in person which is a good thing because up on a ceiling they always seem smaller. Feels solid, well built, couldnt detect any plastic in it. We have 2-100 watt bulbs in it, which it is actually rated for but since I just installed it I will wait to see at night if these end up being a tad on the bright side (which it seems to be). The instruction manual is many pages and covers every light this company manufactures from wall mount to ceiling which is a waste of paper IMO but anyone who has installed a ceiling light whether indoor/outdoor will have no problems as nothing has changed :)
Paid about $10 more then I could have but still happy, the light looks like an expensive light in person and much better then just about anything out of your local big box store.

This is heavy, cast aluminum and real glass, looks like it should last for many years.I have not put it up yet, but from the look and feel of it in my hands it should be beautiful.
