This fixture looks nice, and LOOKS well made at least in context of florescent light fixtures. But in comparison to other types of fixtures for similar money it doesn't hold up.

It is overpriced for what it is flimsy construction, even as florescent fixtures go, thin wires, metal, etc although the end-caps look nice and seem to made decently. Even if you must use a florescent fixture I would look at other brands/models. This also uses T8 bulbs which are same length as traditional florescent bulbs but are smaller in diameter, just an FYI.

The lamp is very well made, strong and sturdy. The dimmer switch is what sold me on the lamp and is awesome! I thought I was buying an adjustable lamp...it is not. I think it dangerous because it has the tendency to "fall on its face" placing the hot bulb in contact with desk surface....maybe paper. So I've had to screw it tight & remember never to leave it on unattended.

It's a great lamp and the dimmer switch is fantastic. It's easy to maneuver in the directions it's designed to, but you can't rotate the stem on the base which would be very helpful. Other than this minor difficulty the lamp is great.

When I first received the pair of lights only one worked. I emailed and called CC. To my surprise, I received a new replacement cap in about a week. I had written a negative review earlier because I hadn't heard back from the company. I'm delighted that they sent me a new working light but wish they had communicated their intention better.

I apologize for the negative content.

I think,the light is OK but it is NOT copper. It is a plastic light painted an antique copper color. For those expecting to get a real metal/copper lighting unit, you might be disappointed. I was initially but got over it pretty quickly.

Both lights now work fine and look great. We'll see how they stand up to a Minnesota winter.

We ordered two packs (4 caps) for our new deck. Shipping from Canada was expensive but they arrived quickly and looked exactly as pictured. They were well packed, included adequate instructions and were easy to install. We liked the fact there is an 'off' 'auto' switch instead of the usual 'pull out the plastic tab' method of keeping the batteries from discharging before putting them out in the sun. And that's where the '5 stars but...' came in.

After just a few days the lamps were markedly different in performance, some staying lit until well after 2AM, others were out before midnight. We really liked the looks of the caps and didn't want to return them. A quick note to Classy Caps elicited a response from Amber to try some other nicad batteries (if we had them) as the batteries could be the problem. We had some AA nicads, installed them and the problems went away. We emailed Amber a second time and asked for 6 replacement batteries. Less than a week later we received a package with 8 new, and larger nicads and a replacement cap too (we had one that didn't always come on). Everything is working as expected now and we like the look of our new caps. The reason for 4 instead is at this price point it was disappointing to have to go back to the manufacturer for service on an item that just came out of the box.

That being said we wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Classy Caps again, their willingness to troubleshoot the problem and supply the necessary parts to 'make it right' is pretty impressive in this day and age.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this vanity light fixture. I saw this on another bath and kitchen company website, and I fell in love with it. I located them on Amazon with a seller selling them at a lower price. This fixture is beautiful, high quality, elegant in design, and inexpensive. It only comes in the brush nickle look, which gives the light fixture a soft look that I like. Keep in mind that you'll need a bracket (??? not sure what the proper term is for this round bracket that usually is installed in the light outlets) to mount this light. My builder didn't put one in the bathroom where this light was installed, and the previous light was mounted onto the drywall. My contractor was able to make it work without the bracket. I am not sure what he did, but he probably also mounted the light fixture onto the drywall, as the builder did. I plan on remodeling my other bathrooms, and plan on purchasing lights from this designer, Feiss. I highly recommend this product.

The color was a little darker than I expected and not as glossy, although when the lamp is on it appears much more like the picture...but still darker, and more light blue than turquoise. The shades (I ordered 2) are a tad bit dented, but I just rotated the dented areas to the wall. I think the price is a little steep, but the style and color are perfect for my bedroom, so it was worth it for me. They are lovely little lamps...my husband likes them as well.

I purchased 2 of these lamps. I love them! One thing wrong about them is they chip very easily, one of mine came chipped and when the Orange paint chips it's white underneath and looks tacky. I have had these lamps on either side of my bed with matching Orange pillows. I loved them! I don't have these any longer as my "modern" phase was overlooked by my always love for rustic/moose/bear etc. theme. But these are great lamps!

I had originally ordered one of these lamps from a major retailer. It was a little pricey, but it was perfect for my daughter's room. When it arrived, my daughter loved it, so naturally we decided she needed a 2nd one. The problem was that the major retailer had no more stock! So, I Googled "Viko Table Lamp" and found it on Amazon.com. AND, it was nearly HALF the price of the first one I bought. These are pretty lamps but smaller then I expected although the dimensions are given in the description. I wasn't expecting the lamp shades to be collapseable but they were fairly easy to assemble and pretty. I wanted lamps with a little color that would go with any color decor and these fit that perfectly. I like the 3 way switch also.

This GB Packer Lamp is very attractive and well made. Everyone comments as to how cute it is and it's a wonderful accent to my husband's Green Bay Packer room. The on/off switch is on the chord itself, which I have placed right next to the bed, so when a houseguest wants to turn on/off the lamp it is effortless. The on-line picture of the lamp doesn't do it enough justice, as it is really beautiful and looks great lighted. I highly recommend it to any Green Bay Packer fan!

I typically don't write many reviews, but I like Amazon. We are very happy with this fan. Last spring I bought a couple Hampton Bay 52" fans and they are great. This fan is very attractive, and the best part is that it very, very quiet. We got it for our new bedroom we built. My biggest concern was noise. If I hear a fan making constant humm on low, I would never sleep. We are very happy so far. It has been up and used regularly for nearly a month. Cons: the pulls for the light and fan (separate) are kinda cheap looking (picture of a fan and light respectively). I had read a review prior to my purchase that the fan "rocks" too much when you pull a chain. This just isn't the case with ours. It sounds like their fan may not be properly seated in the hanging bracket. I would highly recommend this fan.

After taking weeks to decide which fan to buy going by aesthetics, it didn't occur to me I was overlooking something equally important. Noise. Maybe I should have bought a different westinghouse fan with the "Whisper quiet, high performance 153-mm by 17-mm motor" as another fan is advertised.

I have mine installed in a newly renovated house, with brand new electrical. The ceiling fan box was wired specifically for this, 2 circuits to connect the fan and light on wall switches with dimming. The thing works fine in every respect except, this loud humming from the motor at every speed. With noise and activity going, you can't really hear it. When its quiet, the fan is the loudest thing in the house, literally hearing it in an adjacent room.

I might have to start again.

I have installed 10-15 fans in my life. I have never had a fan wobble brand new like this one. I never used a balancing kit before and I will have to for this when i find the time.

the globe is anoying to get straight as it had no absolute seated position. The light is only bright directly below. its very direct light which is the opposite of what I was looking for. Figured I would be safe with a big white diffuser like this has.

The overall look is ok. There are big clownshoe chains that hang not shown in picture. I wish these were removable as I dont plan to control it that way.

Both of the lamps sold on this page are beautiful and stylish LED lamps sold at a good price. These are two very nice quality and well-priced LED lamps. They would make a great addition to any office at work or at home. They also make ideal lamps for a student's study table and reading lamp. The L100 features five settings of brightness levels and the L120 has 5 levels of brightness as well as five levels of LED color adjustment for the light. It can be set for light colors of reading, studying, relaxation, coffee and bedtime with each mode having 5 levels of light brightness.

Inside of the box you will find:

* The lamp head and neck assembly

* The lamp mounting base that weighs 1 pound and 14 ounces.

* The lamp power supply with a 61 inch cable. Its output is 12 VDC at 1 Amp.

Both lamps look identical except the L120 has two extra control buttons to change the LED frequency and thus change the color of the light. My video shows the control panels and also the operation of the lamps. I also show the easy assembly of the lamps. The top LED part of the lamp can fold all of the way down and all of the way up in 180° of motion. In addition you can swivel the LED portion of the lamp 270° to set the angle of the lamp to properly light your work or reading area. On the neck of the lamps is a USB plug that allows you to plug in your USB chargeable items. Unfortunately the specification for the USB current rating is not listed in the product's manual.

Every time you change the lamp's brightness the lamp will chirp to indicate that your change has been done. The L100 lamp produces a nice bright white light that is ideal for reading and studying. It would make an ideal study lamp for someone that does a lot of reading. The height of the lamp is 17 inches and it just barely sits over the top edge of my HP 23 inch computer monitor.

Either one of these lamps would make an ideal lamp for a child's study desk lamp. That is because they operate on low voltage and they produce low heat output which is good for safety. The child will not get burned by the lamp and at the low operating temperature is will not start a fire like a quartz halogen light bulb. After over 30 minutes of operation the top of the lamp was at 101 degrees F. It is rated for a max of 50 Degrees C which is 122 degrees F. These lamps also have no glass to break and unlike CFL (Compact Fluorescent Lamps) they contain no mercury.

The web site says that the LEDs will last for 50,000 hours but the included instruction manual states 25,000 hours. That means if you use the lamps 7 hours a day the LEDs will last for almost 10 years with the 25,000 hour rating. If you use them for 4 hours a day they will last for 17 years and if you use them 2 hours a day they will last for 34 years. That is an amazing lifetime without buying new replacement bulbs. These lights are bright, stylish, and highly adjustable and have extremely long life bulbs. I rated them as 5 star products.

The unit is stylish and modern and goes perfectly with my estate black finish desk.

The lamp was easily to assemble. Since it's LED, it doesn't get hot or put off any heat. It swivels in many different directions and angles, but my most favorite feature is the USB port on the neck of the lamp. This makes it a breeze to plug up and charge my iPhone. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase and recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and affordable LED desk lamp.

Overall, I'm really impressed with this desk lamp. I'm a big fan of LED lighting in general, and this lamp makes the most of LED lighting in a stylish and user-friendly manner.

I have the L100 model, which is the base model. It allows for light level adjustment, but not LED color temperature as the higher end model (L120). The color temp of the L100 is on the cool side, but still very comfortable for reading and a generally natural color to the light. It has a very impressive light output lights up my whole desk. That's especially impressive considering it uses only 9 watts

The bulbs are not user replaceable, but that is not a concern for me given the long life of LED bulbs in general the estimated life span is 10 years (according to the manufacturer) if used for 7 hours a day. The life span increases to 30 years if used 2 hours a day. I'm not concerned since at low levels of use this lamp may outlive me, but mention it in case that's an issue for others.

I'm really impressed with the adjustability of the lamp. The top bar which holds the light can be tilted up or down in a full 180 degrees. It can also be rotated right/left. The support bar that goes into the base can be swiveled right/left as well. The adjustments cover pretty much any lighting application I can imagine.

The control panel is touch sensitive, with flush mounted buttons (on/off and light level). I like that it remembers the light level setting when turned off (e.g., if you dim it, then turn it off, when you turn it back on it stays at the dim setting). The base is padded on the bottom and more than heavy enough to provide excellent stability regardless of how the light bar is adjusted.

It also has a very helpful feature: a USB power port on the main lamp stem. I'm using it to power a USB fan, and it works very well -perfect position to set up the fan for a nice cool breeze and not have it get in the way. It can also be used to charge a USB device.

Misses are mostly minor. The wall plug has the usual wall wart (unavoidable) but the cord could be longer it's about 5 foot. Something in the 7 to 10 foot range would provide more flexibility in placement. Also, while the build quality is solid, the housing for the main stem is a glossy black that is a fingerprint magnet. The power-on light is red and very bright -really stands out in a dark room. Something more muted would have been better.

My main complaint is that the control panel has specs of what looks like dirt or dust trapped under the coating. It doesn't affect operation at all, but is unsightly. At first I thought it was dirt trapped under a user-removable plastic sheet, but it's clearly an issue that occurred during assembly and not something that I can fix. That drops my rating a star since, at this price point, fit and finish issues should not occur.

That issue aside, this is a wonderful lamp for eyestrain-free reading and desk work, and I would absolutely recommend it.
