I ordered this light to supplement my kitchen undercabinet lighting. Specifically, it's right above the counter where I have my laptop much of the time. The light is very bright and exceeds my expectations there. The swiveling back-and-forth light head is nice as it is nice to be able to direct the light back away from my laptop to avoid the glare on the screen. If I'm doing something without the computer, I tilt it forward. It doesn't swivel very far, only about 20-30 degrees, but it's enough to direct the light where you need it.

Installation was very easy (well, a contractor installed it, but I was there when he did and it was really simple). I needed a hardwire light, but this light can apparently be either hardwired OR plugged in. I don't think the product details were very clear on this feature. You can also link it to another similar light fixture to cut down on the amount of wiring, but I haven't needed this feature.

The color is good because it is less conspicuous as an undercabinet light.

Yes, I would recommend this light. It's quite fascinating to look at the LEDs when they're not lit because they're so small. It's hard to believe that they produce so much light for such low wattage. By my calculation, I could install 12 of these gems and still use less electricity than the four flourescent fixtures that I used to have under my cabinets. The light is more directional than the fluourescent, but that's fine for my purposes.

This fixture is very pretty when installed but the parts are fragile and of relatively poor quality.

The rings holding the crystals are very thin and many were bent open when the fixture arrived.

It took a bit of time to get it put back together properly. However, it is very pretty and the cost was reasonable.

Great, great chandelier! I am so happy with my purchase. This light is perfect for my bedroom. It's now the focal point and it makes me smile every time I look up at it! You can put this chandelier in a bedroom, den, little girls room that has a princess theme. A must buy. I caught this at the right time and for the perfect price.

We purchased this type of light kit as we could use the medium base fluorescent light bulb with it. The shades do not come with the fixture, but the light bulbs do. It provides the equivalent of 240 watts of fluorescent light. You cannot use regular incandescent 60 watt bulbs with it as it is rated for a much lower actual wattage.

I wanted a fixture that didn't have to have candelabra lights which burn out much quicker than regular incandescent bulbs so this was the way to go. My husband installed the Quorum fan and the light kit and told me that it was the easiest one he has ever done and he has done a number of them over the years.

I plan to replace all of the fans in my house with this style of light kit, so I recommend it highly for those who want an extra amount of light from their fan lights.

I bought this lamp for my son for college. It gives off a tremendous amount of "easy" light, and is substantial in its design. It was a smart choice, not the most elegant in design but very very functional.

These lights are great and very bright in our bathroom. Work well with the coloring in there! Only drawback was that we bought them because they said that they were corded (we were replacing a corded fixture) and they weren't. We had to do some electrical work to get them working.

This light worked perfectly to replace our old under-cabinet light. This light was very easy to install. I really appreciated that this device is a "convertible" unit, meaning you can either plug it into the wall, or install with direct-wire. I opted for the direct-wire install, which with this device was VERY easy to do! The instructions are very clear, straight-forward, and well illustrated.

We ordered 3 of these wall lamps for our master bath. I'm not sure if the installer used the right bulbs or not but the ones facing down kept burning out. We are in the process of replacing all of our bulbs with fluorescent (CFLs) and LEDs so we replaced the ones in the lights and they have been fine. They add a very modern look to the bathroom. We're happy with them.

Was looking for a skinny sconce that was bright enough. Many of them only have 1 20watt candelebra which isn't enough to see yourself really. You can put two higher wattage bulbs in these... I was able to just barely fit two 40watt equivalent compact florescents in both sides. They look nice too and the glass is a nice sligthly opaque warm color that hides the coils of the bulb and makes it look like an incandescent.

Giving 4 starts beacuse one of the glass cylinders was cracked and they look a little fragile in general, especially with the heating and expanding of the metal fixture with every use. I'm a bit worried about longevity. However, the seller mailed me a replacement globe free of charge without requiring me to mail anything back which was a relief.

We bought these to upgrade our old lanterns. Not only do the look fantastic,but they project much more light than our previous lanterns due to the glass top and bottom. The light that is projected upward shows off our brick! We went to every local store but no one had anything like this. Unique look that upgrades the house! Very satisfied after one year!

I bought 5 of these for my house. They look nice online, but they are all plastic; not metal like nicer models. One of them is warped and won't hang properly. I'm going to exchange it for another one and install it along with the others. I don't want hassle with taking them all down and packaging them to return them all so i'll just replace them if they quit working. I wouldn't recommend them though.
