Matched perfect with an outdoor lighting project. Real glass globes and quality metal. Wiring is a little thin, but no biggie if you keep wattage of bulbs down. Mount to 3 inch diameter poles. Got 'em as distressed packaging through Amazon warehouse, they were selling for over 65.00 each at Lowe's got e'm for 12.00 each here and would have been happy at 25.00 each. Two thumbs up !

This light comes with a newly designed bulb with a very specific base, so you can only use the one type of bulb. It is CFL so it is supposed to last for thousands of hours, but barely lasts a month. I am on my second bulb in less than 2 months & it burned out last night. At $8.00 per bulb, I can no longer afford to keep this light, so, that's it for this fixture. What a waste of money for a highly inferior product. Even the home improvement store told me that the bulb in this fixture is the worst bulb ever made!

My husband and I easily installed these lamps on either side of the bed in our master bedroom. Installation wasn't too hard (tip: if they look a little crooked after installation, just remove the front lamp arm holder from the rear plate and use a hammer to bend the screws up or down). Bonus: they have built-in dimmer switches (work best with non-compact fluorescent bulbs, aka "old fashioned" bulbs).

I really like this light's simple, modern look. For the price it is well made, though you can tell it isn't a high-end light if you look at it closely and handle it, but no one will ever do that once it's on the wall. I had never done any kind of electrical work before whatsoever and I manged to install this by myself. The instructions are pretty good. I do wish I'd had someone there to hold up the light for me while I connected the wires. Juggling that heavy light was by far the most difficult part of the job. My only complaint about this light is that the color of the shade is very inaccurate. It is described as "slate gray" and definitely looks gray in this photo. I really wonder if I was shipped the wrong light because my shade is clearly a sandy linen color. Not at all a cool gray. I decided the linen color was fine and used it anyway. I've had the light up for months now and it is working and looking great!

These lamps are great Althogh I was expect something brighter, consumer safety seems to be taking a precedence, so we must conform to the safety needs of idiots. That aside, I am very happy with this! I've got reasonable halogen lighting in two rooms thanks for that!

After reading the reviews, I gave this thing a try. It's loud. It has a deep noise to it. I've done everything I can think of to secure it and get rid of the sound. I think it is just a loud rumbling unit. There are times when I don't turn on the fan because I don't want to wake my wife up.

Also, cutting the hole for the fan unit doesn't allow for much error because the white plastic doesn't cover much more than the housing unit. I was really close on my cuts but still have some cuts showing that I'll have to fix. I would have been more precise but my last fan (Broan 655) had a lot of give.

The other thing is that if you look up at this unit, you can see everything inside it. Not a big deal but it's just the way the cover is shaped. It doesn't conceal the inside pieces as much as I think a fan typically would.

The night light is nice. The light works well. The heater and the fan work well. The heater is only moderately noisy at best. The fan is loud. I would not order this again because of the noise. Overall, I'd say I'm happy with it because it's not stuff that makes me unhappy or angry. The things works just fine. But I'm giving it 3 stars because of the noise factor alone.

I knew from the reviews that this was going to not be a quiet fan, but it is really LOUD. I actually have 2 in my bathroom, one above the shower that is a light/fan and this one with the heater/light/fan in the middle of the room. It's nice having the light and the night light function, and the heat and fan work as advertised....the heater will heat up my bathroom toasty warm in a matter of 5 or 10 minutes, and the exhaust fan pulls all the steam and moisture out of the air. My only complaint is the heater and fan are really annoyingly loud when they are running. The other fan is so quiet you can't hear it running, but this one makes up for it!!!

The switches were supposed to be rocker switches not toggle switches as described on the website and I am very peeved as this is

twice in one shipment that I got merchandise described wrong, and if you don't settle this issue I will NEVER buy from you again. This is a huge inconvenience to me. I'll just go to the local Lowes.

My wife wanted to add some bling to her walk in. We have bronze throughout our home, so I found this after a chandelier she found at Ikea proved too long. I like this because it was easy to shorten enough to fit in an 8' tall closet without me hitting my 6' tall head on it. It looks very nice and wasn't difficult to install. We paired this with a Sylvania 78911 14-Watt A19 Ultra LED Bulb and it provides great light at a low cost.

I ordered a Lilly Lamp from Discount Deans and the lamp came broken. I then e-mailed them through Amazon to let them know what happened. Dan from customer service told me to give him a call and he rectified the situation right off the bat. I ordered another lamp right before I got in touch with him and not only did he immed. send another, but I had a refund check in the mail only 3 days later to credit me for the broken one! I am rating them only 4 stars instead of 5 because the first one did come broken and since I am waiting for the new one to come in, I can't comment on that as of yet. As far as customer service goes though, they're fantastic and I would have NP purchasing future products through their company.

Square light, fits tight corners, cord is lengthy, it could be cracked like a whip. In line power switch so know you will have to go about 8" from the light for that, your girl will know what that is, and the switch is the color of the cord and base.
