This light has a nice chrome finish, and a nice modern llook. It was easy to install. Installed over a 34" 1 sink cabinet and lets off enough light for the room. So much better than the big box store cheap lights for a rental unit.

We installed the lantern on an existing lamp post, which went very smoothly except the screw holes on the lantern and post didn't line up. We're very pleased with the lantern size and overall look. The finish color (bronze) is darker than expected, and doesn't match to the post; but we will paint one or both later on. Also, the built-in dusk-to-dawn sensor is a plus.

Sounds crazy, but I had a "mid-century" door fabricated for a house just purchased. The house is 50+ years old. I installed this hardware on the door, and it looks so authentic, it adds a new "modern" twist to a "50's revival door. I really love the way it looks. In addition, the hardware is heavy, quality, smooth mechanism for opening door. It worked out perfectly. I was a little hesitant to use this type of hardware, I didn't think I'd like the latch (verses a knob), but it looks so good, and operates so smoothly, that I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend. Shipped quickly.

The finish had peeled on my front door exterior handle. I went to the Schlegel website and noted their products have a lifetime warranty for finish but you need a receipt. I had replaced all. My door hardware with Schlegel products years ago but had no receipt from Home Depot. I called Schlegel expecting to get a run around but their customer service rep surprised me and looked after my issue by shipping replacement hardware, no receipt was needed. They told me that they stand behind their products. Good job. Schlegel.

We love our new outdoor fan and so do all our friend. It looks great and pushes a great amount of air. It seems to be pretty water tight, but we put a round wooden pressure treated disk above the fan to ensure no water gets inside the housing.

This fan was an easy installation. runs quiet and moves a good amount of air. I installed this fan outside under my deck, over a patio. We had a hard rain the day after the fan was installed, no problems, the fan ran just fine. I put the fan on an on/off switch inside the house and control the speed from the pull chain on the fan. Directions were simple and easy to understand for installation. glad I bought two.

We have a very, very small bathroom. This fixture fit a small space over the medicine cabinet and gives good light. We couldn't fit the new energy-saving bulbs and had to use the old type and that's the only down side. The bulbs are easy to change and that's a great plus.

These lights look nice, but they are total fire hazards. My electrician installed 4 of these and put 60 watt bulbs in them. We thought this would be fine since they are supposed to take up to 75 watt bulbs. WRONG. Within a few hours, the bulbs had melted the plastic piece that runs over the light (there is an identical piece running under the light as well). The painter caught the problem when he was doing touchups. If those pieces were glass, it would probably be a good light. But since they are not, someone is liable to have a very serious problem on their hands. DO NOT BUY THESE. Even if you know to put LEDs or CFLs in them, someone coming after you may not.

Clean lines go with any decor. Fairly easy to install, the hardest part was peeling off the protective film on the plastic top and bottom plates. I'm using this in a small 5x8 ft bathroom, and it gives the perfect amount of light for that with two 9W LED bulbs.

I was afraid these (we bought 2) would be too small for our vanity, but they are just the right size. If you are looking for a bright light then these are not for you. I love a bright bathroom light and my husband loves a dim one so these are a good compromise.

I was actually pricing other vanity lights at around $200. Then I came across this one. It works great even if your fixtures aren't chrome. In my case the bathroom actually has more of a brassy theme. The frosted glass covers the top, bottom, and front so it really goes with any metal themed room.

Installation went pretty smoothly. Be care that the installation bolts aren't too long. In my case I had to cut them down to 2/3 size in order to put the two caps on the mounting bracket.

I dug a little dipper after seeing this on Amazon and called the company myself, they were very helpful and I ordered 2 of these fans, after receiving them thru FedEx I was so excited 2 get started but had to wait for a day off from work to find someone to install them for me, I not all that savvy when it comes to electrical stuff like this. So had a friend install them for me and they look AMAZING, very rich and classy looking also very functional. The perfect look that i was going for, I had one already in my kitchen but it was a 52" and looked way to big and goddy, and I also wanted a 5 blade instead of a 4 blade. Also the fan blades are reversible, one side is light maple the other is cherrywood, just pick whatever side matches your decor and taste both look great i went with the cherrywood, very nice looking. I put one in the master bedroom and one in my kitchen, now i am most likely going back for 1 maybe 2 more to put in other bedrooms. Hope this helped anyones decision

I bought two of these fans. First thing I noticed was that the packaging was not done very carefully.The fan blades were laying in the bottom of the package, not protected except for a thin film wrap. There was slight marring on one of them, but not serious enough to return for that reason. I installed the first one and it worked for a few days then the lights quit working.The fan worked fine,just no lights.I tested the wires and had power so I don't know what the problem was.

I then installed the second one and when it was time to put on the glass light shade (bowl)there was a problem. The shade slides up a threaded pipe against a rubber washer then you put a nut on the bottom of the pipe. That is what holds the shade on. The problem was there was not enough pipe threads sticking out to start the nut on and no way of making it longer.I measured the pipe length and compared it to fan #1 and there was a difference. The only way it would go on was to remove the rubber washer on the top of the pipe. But this means no cushion to tighten against. The instructions said you must install light kit as shown, using the rubber washer so that fan was returned as well.
