I bought this lighting without knowing exactly what it would look like from the stock photos. I've since added what they look like installed for me.

The install went on without issues. I used the standard remodel junction boxes. There was way more cord than I needed, so I trimmed it down. Pay attention to the coloring of the wires and their labeling if you need to do this because the labeling will be trimmed off. There is a white stripe to connect to the white/neutral, a greenish/off-white to connect to ground, and no stripe on the wire to connect to black/hot.

The pictures just don't do these pendant lights justice. The effect that the light inside of the mesh creates with the glass surround is great. It throws some neat light onto the ceiling with our shorter hanging distance. Very impressive.

Once I received them (it took two months) they were installed over our island in our newly constructed home. They look amazing and are the talk of town. One globe was badly scratched, but they assure me they are replacing ASAP.

Hanging a plain wire from small "cup" hooks is not what I consider a hanging lantern. Looks kinda okie. Not sure if it would even meet code to hang a wire as they suggest. You would have to spend another $15 for chain and decent looking hooks to make it presentable. This is only half of a hanging lantern. really a ripoff. What you get is a light socket attached to a wire and plug, two cheap "cup" hooks and the paper shade.

Very disappointed..Cost me $35. to install this lamp. Doesn't compare in quality with one I had for over 30 year. Wire frame flimsy, ceiling fixtures are cup hooks, poor switch. From the picture I expected the lantern to be a light baby pink shade so I was surprised when it came and was white. It still looks fantastic and classy, especially with the bamboo trim on the bottom. I hung this in my old apartment's large living room. It looked good having such a large lamp in such a large room. With a CFL it lit up the entire room so I could sit on the couch and read. It doesn't really fit in my new apartment, which came with light fixtures and wall sconces already installed, but it's safely tucked into storage for my next place.

Just remember if you have low ceilings, it's easy for tall people to bang their head on it or for you to hit with your arms if you're playing Wii, cleaning or something. Even being knocked around a few times, it's held up pretty well. There's a small rip (it is paper) but it's only noticeable if scrutinizing the lamp. It's been there for awhile and hasn't gotten any worse.

I had other paper lanterns hanging in my old apartment and this was by far the brightest and most stylish.

I've tried several LED bulbs and these are the closest to a soft-whit incandescent bulb you will find. I'm very picky! You have to look closely to determine they are LED. There is absolutely NO blue hue to them. They are worth the price. I would buy these again in the future may even order another case to keep as back up!!

I saw first this Kimball & Young mirror when staying in a Marriott Hotel last month and fell in love with it. (I don't usually gush about things like mirrors lol). I dislike make-up mirrors that scissor out from the wall and this one was really different. It is has very clean/minimalist lines and barely took up any space on the bathroom counter, yet it is high magnification and being slightly concave - the farther back you stand the higher the magnification. You don't have to lean into the wall mirror to see clearly so it is good for applying make up, and shaving.

The base is very well balanced and doesn't tip or move when you use the small lever to tilt the mirror.

The model at the hotel had a brushed nickle finish, but the only version I could find on-line was chrome. I would have preferred the nickle finish to match my bathroom hardware. But because of the small base and sleek lines, even the chrome isn't a problem.

There was one of these mirrors in the Hilton hotel at the Ft.Lauderdale dock. We admired it so much that we bought four of the mirrors. Simple, functional design and the magnified image in the mirror is not distorted. The product is heavy and very well plated.

My order arrived promptly but unfortunately was damaged. The box containing the mirror was intact but it was inside a larger box that came from Amazon's distribution center. Packing was minimal...a crumpled piece of brown paper. Obviously that was not enough for such a fragile item. I contacted Seattle Luxe's customer service, they asked me to submit pictures, which I did, and told them it didn't need to be rushed for Christmas. Soon I received an e-mail stating a replacement was on its way. This one was packaged better, with bubble wrap, and now I am enjoying a high quality mirror that was just what I wanted. I had seen this mirror in a hotel and they provided me with their source and the manufacturer. It is really attractive and the magnification is great for applying cosmetics. This is a lovely lamp and just the perfect size for my entrance table. When lit, it is so very striking. After reading the other review, and I mean no disrespect to the writer, the lamp is exactly as described...same width and height, and it is not made out of plastic. It is glass. I suggest doing as I did before ordering. Pull out your tape measurer and measure the height and width next to an existing lamp you have your home...it will give you a clear indication as to the size. Shipping was fast and the lamp was well packaged with no damage whatsoever! It was easy to attach the shade. I keep my lamp lit most of the time because the colors are so very pretty...there is a little more purple within the upside-down green heart along the edge of the lamp...on my monitor it looked more of a wine or burgandy color, but it is definitely purple. The rest of the colors, at least on my monitor, are true to life. Thanks Amazon! A great deal!

Wasn't expecting this, the picture doesn't do it justice, there is less green but still a considerable amount .Very well made and the lamp is turned on, on the cord with a switch. I really wasn't sure what to expect with one person saying it was plastic, it is glass by anyone's standard and it is the usual size of most of the tiffany lamps I have. Defintely well worth the money.It is absolutely stunning in a room with various green shades.

Colors on this lamp are absolutely gorgeous!!! Artist's work was very neatly done and well thought out , as colors complimented each other extremely well. Lots of deep,rich, ruby colored jewels all around it for extra enhancement. Very well-made lamp as it is extremely sturdy and heavy enough that it will not easily tip over or be knocked off a table (many petite lamps of this size are flimsy and light, but not this one!). This lamp would look lovely in any room and gives off just enough light to warm up a dark corner (uses one 60 watt bulb). I have it in a dark hallway, and it does the job. Size and measurements are true to item description. The large dark design shown on the front of this lampshade looks redder in the picture, but , in reality, it is more of a dark purple. I would prefer it had been red or burgandy, but it is acceptable as is. Craftmanship is Superb , and other colors are true to the picture shown. I simply LOVE this little one!!!

This lamp looks gorgeous as my new bed nightstand lamp. It's large enough to take a single normal sized bulb (not a candelabra sized bulb), which makes reading easy before bed. But it's not too large to seem awkward for the space. It has an on/off switch on the cord, which I prefer because I don't like pull chains. It *is* made from glass pieces. Wasn't too impressed with the packaging though. It was minimally padded so I'm surprised it didn't arrive broken, but it didn't. All in all, I am completely satisfied.

I purchased two bouiliette lamps without shades. These made the perfect replacement. You cannot tell they are not original to the lamp. The paper shade is thick and no light escapes it, casting the light down as intended. The gold brush strokes on the inside of the lamp give it a unique look. Great shade for the price.

The quality of this light fixture is surprisingly top-notch given the price. The four square globes are made of glass and the overall appearance is excellent. Each globe houses a 60-watt standard light bulb, so the fixture throws off a lot of light. I installed 40-watt bulbs for a softer appearance in a short hallway.

The fixture comes with its own crossbar which made installation simple. There is no screw in the crossbar for the grounding wire so re-use the screw in your existing crossbar if replacing a fixture.

Overall, a great product at a modest price. I am buying another one for a bathroom.

I had an old light fixture in my dressing room with one bulb. It was hopelessly antiquated and not enough light. I purchased this light fixture which is turning the one light bulb fixture into 4 bulbs. I use energy savings bulbs in it too. So now I have a brightly lit dressing area and I can see what colors I am putting on much easier than before. The fixture is also very classy looking. I am probably going to buy another Access Lighting 4-light flush ceiling light for my foyer. The foyer has the same problems as my dressing room. Not enough light and I have mirrors there so I can see myself before I go out of the house. I feel that more light is necessary and, I believe I will choose the one with the crystals dangling from it. The fixture was easy and fast to install and fit together easily enough without even looking at the directions. Ha. I recommend these lights. I have been using this fixture for a week now and I love it.

I love this light but in the fine print you find the bulb required by this light is the T10 bulb. Even at 60 watts the T10 bulb does not put out much usable light. The t10 bulb verges on the brownish dim light that once was used in refrigerators. Even when the light is amped up high as it can go the t10 bulb light is inferior in quality. When shaving I want to actually see my face. When people get hurt we go to the bathroom because that's where some medical supplies are stored. I want a bright light in my bathroom of I can easily see the sight of the damage if any. the T10 bulb sets a calming intimate mood if you want the look of candle light without candles. Properly dimmed this light is awesome for creating a pleasant intimate space in the bath or living room. The T10 bulb used by this light also comes in what is called a squirrel cage design because its filament is wrapped in a manner suggesting a squirrel cage. this light is more an accent light than it is a main task or utility functions light. Used in conjunction with stronger lights used to illuminate this Minka-Lavery Opal Glass 7 3/4" High Wall Sconce makes a strong modern design statement. I enjoy this Minka-Lavery Opal Glass 7 3/4" High Wall Sconce but it must be used as an accent. If this Minka-Lavery Opal Glass 7 3/4" High Wall Sconce is used as main room or task lighting I suspect you will be VERY disappointed in the overall quality of its light output.

This s is a nice, bright Halogen lamp with a very bright light. The style is simple and has a flexible goose-neck spine for easy adjustment. The on/off switch for the lamp is on the cord.. and is actually a two-step switch. The first click gives you a medium-brightness light, and the second click gives you the full-brightness light. It has a sturdy base. Halogen bulbs do get hot, so keep this in mind if using in a kid's room.

This is a well designed lamp with sturdy all-metal construction. The base is properly weighted for stability, yet does not occupy a lot of desk area. The switch is located on the power cord, and has 3 positions: Off, Dim and Bright. Minor assembly is required: The base attaches with a screw (provided) and a short cylindrical lever screws into the bulb assembly so the user can adjust the lamp position without touching the housing (which can get quite hot).

I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with this product.

This lamp works beautifully when placed behind a large all-in-one desktop computer so that it's goose-neck top bends out over the top of the screen, lighting the area right in front of your computer. It almost looks like your computer comes with built in lamp. The switch for the lamp is located in the cord so it can be placed out front of the screen. It is easy to position the lamp head with a small handle so the light doesn't go into your eyes or wash out the screen. And the lamp has a normal and extra bright switch. It works just the way I wanted. (I posted a photo up with the product photo.)

My old silver vanity set was getting rusty from all the steam in the bathroom, and I'm not just talking about from the shower! So I had to replace it. I quickly removed it but forgot to turn off the switch, and got electrocuted pretty darn good. It was a good old fashion love jolt.

Once I turned the switch off and regained my senses, I put this thing on. Very intuitive. Didn't need to follow the instructions. Everything was pretty self explanatory. The lamps are a little crooked and not straight with each other, so if you are OCD, it might drive you nuts. I fiddled with it for a few minutes and then let it go.

The oil rubbed bronze on it is painted on, not real metal, if anyone cares about that sort of thing.
