We bought this for our 2 yr old daughters new bedroom. We didn't realize before hand that it also glows in the dark. We were a bit concerned about that but our daughter loves this light, including that it glows in the dark! This light was easy for my husband to install. Our only complaint is that it does not seem very bright but there is a lot of natural light in the room so it's not a big deal.

This is cute in my kids room where I had to replace a ceiling fan due to a new bunk bed. It gives off plenty of light. I live in a 50 year old house so nothing is easy! Because of the electrical box and the popcorn ceiling, I was not able to get a snug install of the mounting plate and even the lamp shade is a bit loose. This is not due to the item and I believe it is safe, though wobbly. The light is not on enough for it to glow long after it is turned off. Some nights it does not glow at all. My kids love it when it does glow, though it fades within a couple minutes.

Easy to install and the kids love how it glows in the dark. 3 light bulbs are amazing came from a 1 bulb fixture lol. Love the design! A little pricey but we are going to keep this fixture even if we move! Very cute.

I have had to send this back. While it is attractive, it is NOT (as other reviewers noted) Bronze looking. It looks like pewter with some copper rubbed into the creases. Both are lovely metals, neither are bronze.

From the glimpse I took of it, it really is a nice fixture for the price range. You can tell it is an inexpensive but it is still a HUGE step up from the fixtures that come standard from home builders. I would have kept it had it blended better with the hardware I have in my home. As it is, it is too close to other lighting in my home and would definitely appear as a black sheep in a white flock.

*I bought this after reading the reviews about the coloring. I thought "how far off can it be?" Well, it's pretty far off... I don't consider myself picky. I also had assumed (wrongly) that since the manufacturer was aware of the color issue that they would have corrected the problem. So if you are like I am, hoping others are wrong OR that the error has been fixed, don't click the buy button.

I was really disappointed with the quality of this chandelier. It doesn't sit straight, its lopsided, the metal arms aren't even and the glass shades are lopsided. I had to rig it up so it stays straight. It also looks kind of cheap when you look closely at it, which is a real disappointment because I bought the matching pendant and love it and am happy with it.

I got it in time and well packed, was easy to install. Can use luminescent bulbs. Both lamps have separate switch, easily operated. Lower lamp was getting hot with 60 W regular bulb, but now with save-energy one works perfectly. It is stable, but not too heavy, so I can bring it from room to room if I need.

I love the way the lights look! The best part is that they are enclosed on the bottom, so you can't see the light bulbs from the bottom when you are sitting down. However, we ordered two and one of them arrived slightly off, like it was a second/damaged because the top does not screw on correctly so it doesn't hang perfectly straight like the other light does.

We ordered this pendant thinking that the metal trim would be shiny, almost like chrome, because that's how it looks like in the picture. However, when we got the pendant it turned out to be a disappointment because it was no where close to the picture. The color of the trim is dull brushed stainless steel. We ended up returning it because it wouldn't work with our existing fixtures. The pendant itself is quite good, if the color work for you.

Well, I just installed the new fan and found it to be fairly easy to install. It is running very quietly and looks very nice. Big problem is you can't attach a standard ceiling fan light kit. I found this out when I was almost finished with the installation. The switch for the fan and all the housing for the wiring is tucked inside what they call the "upper switch housing". There isn't any plate at the bottom of this housing to attach a fan kit. The Amazon ad did say the light kit is sold separately, but I just (Stupidly) assumed they meant a "standard" fan light kit which I already had. Be fore-warned.

I love the hunter brand. They are very quiet and powerful. I bought two fans and they were half price because they were open box. Other than damage to the box, they were perfect. in my 600 sq. ft. living room I've found this classic Hunter fan to be ideal on a penny pincher's dime. i'm talking 100 degrees max and sitting within 8 feet of the fan, but that's easy in most rooms.

I really LOVE the light fixture, but I needed to find very white light bulbs or it looks gold instead of silver when turned on. It is a very nice large size at 19"x19" and looks very rich and glamorous. The bad thing is that there is one sentence for installation directions, so you better have electrical knowledge and know at what stages to remove the plastic coating which is on absolutely everything and was a bear to remove!

But once installed it was beautiful, and you can change the ambiance in the room with small wattage bulbs and get a crystal sparkle on the walls, or you can use higher wattage and get a fully lit room that doesn't show the reflected crystal squares much. Well worth the price! Amazon price was even lower than the factory price by $30.00.

We bought this fixture for our living room which is 12x15 ft. The size is perfect, definitely not small. No complaints on this part!

Now, it requires full assembly as it is packed fully apart. Those little things hanging from the squares you will need to deal with each and every one. It took me about an hour to put them together. The instructions are... missing. So you just go figure it yourself :( I didn't expect such amount of work, honestly think I earned some money back for assembly work!

Then, pay attention it requires special size bulbs (european). To make it work in the US you will have to buy bulbs from amazon cause home depot doesn't carry them. Or buy an adapter. Then you can use regular bulbs.

Hanging the fixture was quite dificult and required 4 hands. I can't say my husband is a handyman, but he does a lot of small work arounf the house himself. And he needed my help. So if you don't earn your bread and butter by hanging light fixtures every day, it might be treaky.

If I knew all this beforehand I wouldn't buy it.

My husband doesn't have a "man cave" but does have a "gun room" where he keeps his gun safes and workbench to clean his guns. He needed a lamp for his workbench for task lighting and I went on a mission to find something that fit the room. Although I do not watch Boondock Saints or even know what it is, the lamp was just what I needed and I knew I could find a new lampshade for it. My husband just loves it and all his buddies just think its the coolest thing ever.

One more note, the guns are plastic (of course) so care should be taken to prevent the lamp from being knocked over, dropped, etc. because they would probably break quite easily. I have seen more "durable" versions of this lamp and those versions also cost 4 times what I paid for this one. Considering that this is going into a low traffic, no kid zone it is perfect for the price.
