It is good looking in an understated modern way. Relatively compact, and the light is well diffused. These are good fo lighting a vanity mirror from the sides.
My only complaint is the relatively modest, although adequate light output. And, I guess, it would be good if these were greener and not limited to the halogen bulbs. They emit so much heat that the sconce get noticably warm. But all said and done, there aren't many alternatives out there that look modern and clean.

We had these in all the other bath rooms in our house and loved. We added a bath in our basement and installed these. The only thing that I would comment on is that the decorative ball bolts can get scraped if you use a tool to tighten. Recommend putting tape on a pair of pliers to install.

This thing is bright! We live on a dark street and this thing is at least twice a bright as the city street lights. My neighbor said she no longer has to turn on the lights when she gets up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Nobody else seems to be selling these but they are the best. I just bought a second one for another property. Another neighbor put up a couple of HomeDepot's $75 lights and this is much brighter than those.

I had an old mercury vapor street light that came from the city and this new one is twice as brightor more ! Just what I wanted ! Plus the light shines around as opposed to just down. Hope to save

works great for first year then ballast burn up. Not only to one I have but all three lights, all went bad within months of one another.

Well I took a chance on this light and I am OK with it. It could be brighter as it appears to have a 12v bulb running off the 6 volt battery and light output is yellow/orange vs normal halogen white. Works fine otherwise.and to the "experts"; Yes I know how to use/charge these lights. Setup was easy and it lights up the area that I wanted it to.

Buy Hunter 20806 Low Profile III 52-Inch 3-Speed Ceiling Fan with 5
Well, I just installed the new fan and found it to be fairly easy to install. It is running very quietly and looks very nice. Big problem is you can't attach a standard ceiling fan light kit. I found this out when I was almost finished with the installation. The switch for the fan and all the housing for the wiring is tucked inside what they call the "upper switch housing". There isn't any plate at the bottom of this housing to attach a fan kit. The Amazon ad did say the light kit is sold separately, but I just (Stupidly) assumed they meant a "standard" fan light kit which I already had. Be fore-warned.

I love the hunter brand. They are very quiet and powerful. I bought two fans and they were half price because they were open box. Other than damage to the box, they were perfect. I would never buy any brand except Hunter. They cost a little more but they are worth the difference. There is never any hum or any noise. This was an awesome bargain. in my 600 sq. ft. living room I've found this classic Hunter fan to be ideal on a penny pincher's dime. i'm talking 100 degrees max and sitting within 8 feet of the fan, but that's easy in most rooms.
