Now that I have them I am pleased with the lamps.

The shipping was incredibly slow. I ordered three lamps on June 3rd and got them on June 17th. I ordered 2 other sets of lamps a couple days after I placed this order and received both other sets before this set arrived. (other sets were ordered from Ebay and a national retailer)

Once they arrived, one of the lamps was damaged, scratched very badly and I received three cream colored shades which was not what is in the picture and cream looks horrible with the brushed nickel finish.

I contacted the company via email on the 17th they finally responded on the 20th to say that they would get back with me once they were able to contact the warehouse. So I called and spoke with someone in customer service.

NOTE: Customer service is in Florida. Warehouse is in California so if you call customer service in the morning it's at least 3 hours before they can reach anyone in the warehouse.

So after I sent pictures of the damaged lamp on the 20th, it took a total of 8 days to get the scratch lamp replaced and shades in the right color. The entire transaction took 22 days. So to their credit I will say they did not make me ship back the damaged product or the incorrect shades they told me to do whatever I wanted with all of it. So I didn't incur any shipping cost.

The younglady in customer service was nice and I believe moved things along as best she could from Florida.

I bought this fixture for the bathroom and it looks great there. The chrome tabs match the chrome fixtures. I like that it accepts standard based bulbs so that I can use either incandescent or florescent bulbs. This fixture would look great in the bedrooms or halls too. My electrician installed it so I cannot speak to the installation. He said that he had some trouble getting the glass on. He said that you can reach over the top to change the bulbs.

The original light arrived with a shattered pane of glass. Sent it back and the replacement also had a broken pane. Looking more closely at the glass it appeared very thin and of poor quality. Sent the replacement back for a refund and will look elsewhere for a hanging light.

I bought these for am indoor foyer and hallway. I wanted something traditional and these fit the bill. Relatively easy to install once you figure out the length you want the lights to hang. First one I ad a helper the help hold, second one I did on my own. First time took a few trail and errors to get all the parts together. You should prep the chain, coupling links, center screw that mounts to the inside of the electrical box. You need to thread through the wire and ground wire, which wasn't completely obvious the first time around. I used 40 watt bulbs because the 60s were just a bit too much. Love the way these look!

Installation was easy, especially since the electrical connections were plug attachments. I did need another person to hold the glass shade while I fed the chains through the holes. The chain to control fan speed, which feeds through a hole in the side, does not operate well. There's too much angle between where it exits the fan and the hole, and it sticks to the grommet in the shade (which protects the glass). I actually needed to reach over the glass shade to pull the chain. However, we will likely never want to adjust this, so it doesn't really matter to me. It might bother someone else.

I am so happy to get this, although I did not get in time for my cousin's Wedding last month. This came afterwards, by a week later. :)

I checked it out, and it is beautiful, more than I expected. I sort of like to keep it myself. LOL, LOL. My Cousins, the Newlyweds are aware that there is another gift coming for them from me. They will love it. They just bought a house, and it will be a perfect gift for them. I can hardly wait to see them open it up and see their reaction. :)

Thank you for having this on Amazon. The Neon Coors lights are too hard to find, I know I looked around, until I went nuts. One of my cousin's suggested to see if it may be on Amazon and sure enough, there it was. Coor's light.
