The original light arrived with a shattered pane of glass. Sent it back and the replacement also had a broken pane. Looking more closely at the glass it appeared very thin and of poor quality. Sent the replacement back for a refund and will look elsewhere for a hanging light.

I bought these for am indoor foyer and hallway. I wanted something traditional and these fit the bill. Relatively easy to install once you figure out the length you want the lights to hang. First one I ad a helper the help hold, second one I did on my own. First time took a few trail and errors to get all the parts together. You should prep the chain, coupling links, center screw that mounts to the inside of the electrical box. You need to thread through the wire and ground wire, which wasn't completely obvious the first time around. I used 40 watt bulbs because the 60s were just a bit too much. Love the way these look!
