I bought this fixture for the bathroom and it looks great there. The chrome tabs match the chrome fixtures. I like that it accepts standard based bulbs so that I can use either incandescent or florescent bulbs. This fixture would look great in the bedrooms or halls too. My electrician installed it so I cannot speak to the installation. He said that he had some trouble getting the glass on. He said that you can reach over the top to change the bulbs.
