The light is very pleasing and a nice feature is the adjustability of the light intensity -3 settings. The lamp is larger than I expected but works on my desk. The adjustment arms not easy to change -have to stand up and do it because easier to manage. The light itself easily tilted to side. Working well for me.

My children joke about this lamp after my husband told them that it was "hundreds of dollars." You won't laugh at this though. It is high quality, child proof, knock-over proof (so far), and makes a great reading lamp. This is also recommended to treat seasonal depression for the winter blues in gloomy weather. The only downfall is that you can't count on this to light up a room. There is actually kind of a haze created above the lamp. No problem when sitting under it.

I am very disappointed by this lamp, especially because I was guided by the reviews posted by other customers. I bought it to use as a bedside table reading lamp. First, it is not beautiful or elegant in any way to my eye, but very utilitarian in appearance. Secondly, despite the anti-glare filter, the light is very harsh. Third, although it has three levels of intensity, all are too bright. Fourth, it does not "telescope" as advertised, but merely rotates on the hub. Fifth, it is not as well-constructed as I had hoped. The lamp rotates at the central hub and at the base of the light, and both screw-like connectors tend to slip and look like they will wear out. For the price, I expected something better made, better looking, and not as glary.

It probably works better as a desk lamp. I will have to return it.

This lamp is all I had expected. It is a bit light weight in construction but very adequate!

It will easily hold a twisty bulb. I like brighter/cooler fluorescent bulbs.

This light fixture is really of great quality. It is pretty heavy compared to other fixtures of similar type and size. It was very easy to install, you just need a second person to hold it while you make the wire connections because of its weight. It looks amazing in the daytime really brings out the front of the house. And at night it is even more amazing, the light casts a beautiful butterfly shadow on the wall and yet still is very bright to give really good lighting (i used 60W bulbs). Overall can't regret paying the price for this, worth every cent.

I love the look of the Herman Miller rocker but it's out of my price range. This one accomplishes that exactly same thing and look for a fraction of the cost! It was so easy to put together that I didn't even need my husbands help! It came with great directions, which you really don't even have to use because its so simple to do. After reviewing several distributors of 50ft rope lighting, this was what I wanted at a good price. The wiring is parallel, so one failed lamp does not black out the downstream lamps. (In fact, it survived one poorly aimed hammer blow with only 1 failed lamp.) The light is incandescent warm, not bothersome bright, but enough for accent lighting and navigation. We mounted it up on a trellis, where it is plenty of light for the dining table below (but I'd surround all 4 sides of the table). I looked at LCD lighting, but finally decided that it was too expensive.

The lights are nice and bright. I like the look alot. My only complaint is the screws for the brackets, suck. So if you plan on buying these lights pick up some good screws from the hardware store to save yourself a major headache. Because the screws they send, strip before they get halfway into the wood, and you can't get them in or out. So, Good Lights, Crappy Screws.

I purchased these rope lights to provide "mood lighting" above the crown moulding on top of three kitchen cabinets. I can tell you these are of industrial quality, as the bulbs are housed in a thick platic tube with sealed "O"-ring endcaps -obviously waterproof for outdoor use. Good quality cord and plug as well. I put them all on a dimmer and provided the soft glow my wife and I were looking for. The arrived quickly, were well packaged, and included mounting clips and harware. To top it all off, what a great price for such outstanding quality!

This chandelier looks better in life that can be seen in the product photo. I installed it over our breakfast table and it certainly add a touch of class to the area. This product would also be great in a dining room. I wish, though, the the unit came with a chain longer that 3 feet. I needed 8' for this installation in a swag configuration (easily overcome with a trip to the Home Depot). I would recommend this product to all my friend and relatives.

Very pretty, a bit shinier than my other satin finish stuff, but still blends. Not a lot of chain, so might have to buy some more. Hubby installed, but said the directions were crazy...mostly other languages...and the english was missing some steps. Said he had to start over 4 times because of missing something imp he was supposed to do (user error saith the wife?) He got it done though and even installed a dimmer switch for it (awesome!!) I recommend.

It's a decent looking fixture but the ballast burned out after only 2 years. I can't find a replacement for it anywhere making the fixture completely useless. Would not buy again.

Update:

I found a replacement ballast called "Sunpark SL26T Circline Ballast" at the "iballast" website. Install was easy and it seems to be a good replacement.

We had this fixture in our kitchen for a few years and something broke on the internal mechanism, so replaced it with another from amazon. Love the light, we had a big hole to cover in our ceiling, so had to go on the larger size. This puts off a lot of light, but still looks stylish and modern.

I was very pleased with the softness of the light. What I mean is that it has a yellow like light as opposed to a bright white or blueness. It is a "warm" light. It goes together very easily, is not heavy, and was easy to install. So I am very pleased with it. The only drawback is that like almost any light is that bugs can get in. Also I would point out that the light comes on instantly without flickering like some flourescent lights.

I can't believe I just Got this for $100!!!! this exact thing is $340 .. if you don't believe me, type it in Google include 32watt word because there's big difference... anyway, I am so glad I checked amazon first checking out the other website..
