This lamp is all I had expected. It is a bit light weight in construction but very adequate!
It will easily hold a twisty bulb. I like brighter/cooler fluorescent bulbs.

This light fixture is really of great quality. It is pretty heavy compared to other fixtures of similar type and size. It was very easy to install, you just need a second person to hold it while you make the wire connections because of its weight. It looks amazing in the daytime really brings out the front of the house. And at night it is even more amazing, the light casts a beautiful butterfly shadow on the wall and yet still is very bright to give really good lighting (i used 60W bulbs). Overall can't regret paying the price for this, worth every cent.
