We bought a pair of these lights to place them in a skylight tunnel as sconces. The amount of light was less than we expected (I did not read carefully that they use ONLY 3 Watts!); they may work well on a step where a smaller and closer-by area is illuminated but for our larger surfaces, the illumination is not strong. They are small and nice, clearly well made. They turn easily to allow focusing on any part of the wall. They protrude very little out of the wall so quite an effective way to illuminate some wall without having a large sconce sticking out.

We tried using Lutron dimmer Maestro (Lutron MACL-153M) this dimmer will NOT work since the lights consume so little electricity and WILL NOT TURN OFF. Dimming was happening and was fine. Spec sheet states only 2 recommended dimmers (that are of course quite a bit more expensive -"Approved dimmers: Lutron Skylark SELV-300P-WH and Leviton Vizia VPE04"). With the normal dimmer, you can dim but not turn off except by pulling a special switch on some dimmers so be careful in selecting your (expensive) dimmers for these (expensive) lights.

They claim a 40,000 hour LED life; not clear how I will replace the LED after some 4 years... I will enjoy them for now and not worry.

If you want strong light, stay away from these VERY expensive lights.

This lamp is really beautiful. The crystals are really shiny but it is smaller than what it looks like in the picture so look at the dimensions before you get it. The little bulbs are actually very powerful and it lights enough for a regular room.

It worked for my ~1,700 sqft house. I plugged it in the dryer outlet. I use X10 (dimmers, switches) as well as Insteon devices (Thermostat, I/OLincs). The thermostat is RF only so it does not count, but I can now control the I/O Lincs in my garage from upstairs. My modem is 2413U PowerLinc (dual-band)

Plugged it into my drier outlet and didn't see much difference, still had several devices that I couldn't control reliably. Then I removed the my old (non-inverting) phase coupler and everything worked as I had hoped. Problems solved!

This lamp is a great addition to any room, but especially a mancave! I have two set up in there and they work great to set the mood just right. These will not be good to shed tons of light throughout the room normally, but tiffany lamps, in general, I think, are more for decorative purposes, and these look, and work great!

Loved the look of this chandelier. My husband and I tried to assemble it today, and had a hard time getting it to attach it to the ceiling. After two hours we were able to rig it to fit. After that we thought we were in the clear. We then noticed some of the eye hook pieces were missing from the metal base, making it hard to attach crystals. Another hour or so later we were finally done. Overall we like the chandelier, but we have decided if our daughter ever wants to change this light, she will have to do it herself :o) Overall happy with the speed and delivery from the seller, minus the missing pieces.

The crystals were not packaged with the light. Now I have to go thru the hassle of getting the crystals.

I contacted Amazon and a very helpful lady straightened out everything. I now have another chandelier complete with crystals having returned the deficient one. I am very pleased with the Amazon person who helped me.

I love the way this chandelier turned out in my daughter's nursery. It's a little on the small size but proportional to the room, so I wouldn't recommend it for a big room.

However, if you don't like puzzles then you won't like putting the crystals on the chandelier together. I found the best way to start is by separating the crystal pieces before attaching them, there's lines with 6,8 and 10 crystals on them so you'll need to count those and seperate them accordingly before attaching them to the base. And they provide extra pieces just in case.

Overall, I was quite pleased with the look and quality if this chandelier.

Yes you read that right... we put this in our guest bathroom. It is a smash hit there though I tweaked it (see below).

This is a small SNOW WHITE, simple but very cute chandelier. The assembly was easy. I don't really get how people had a tough time with this. I flipped it upside down, attached the innermost parts first then gradually worked my way down the outside and when I got to the end flipped it right-side up and finished it off. I hung the final middle crystal after installation, which was easier to do once the light bulb was in.

Now, the reason it is a 4 not a 5 start item:

This is not a "french" white.... if like me, you assume that this means more of an off white or creamy white you will find that this is simply not the case. It is stark white.

How I addressed this issue was with a antique gold oil paint stick that I rubbed and smudged all over the frame of this light. I then got a ceiling plate that was decorative painted it white and rubbed the same antique gold on the accents of the plate. This made this little chandelier into a 10!

So, with a little effort this thing can go from cute to stunning. But be aware it is White WHITE.

We bought it to use for our wedding back drop. It was Beautiful. Although we were in a rented space so we tried to set it up in 8 pieces. it stayed up for about 1/2 the reception before it started leaning forward badly so it got taken down. I, without a doubt LOVE this chandelier. I have transformed my 2nd bedroom into a "closet". I ordered this chandelier to give the room, I mean "closet" an elaborate girly girl feel (I need that, I'm over 40..LOL) and I tell you, this light hits it on the head. It's not to big, it's just right. I love the fact that the crystals are not some plastic "whatever". I bought this chandelier to hang in our bathroom and it, literally, makes the bathroom amazing. I also bought two sconces to hang on either side of the mirror and have the chandelier and the sconces on a dimmer...definitely took the bathroom to the next level with this sort of ambiance. The chandelier seems well made and was easy for our handyman to install for us!

I got this miniature chandelier to go in my master bedroom. It is simply gorgeous, and it was VERY easy to hang (especially for someone with basically no electrical background, just spoke with an electrician before installing it). It is the perfect size, and is stunning, without being overly gaudy. I absolutely love the effect it has on my bedroom. I'm not one for bright lights in the bedroom, and I can choose the wattage of the bulb I put in, however I do have a few other lamps in the room because lighting is oh so important.
