The packing, styrofoam, was so poor that it fell apart and a globe was broken. There were no instructions with it..
The lamp it self would have been fine if they had shipped it properly and told me how to put it together.

The lamp completes my bed room!!!! It offers a reading lamp plus the torchiere gives a soft glow to the ceiling.
The regular retail price was $419 and you offered it for $320. I like the savings as well.

This lamp is perfect for my needs. I just ordered a 2nd after making sure I liked the first. They stand behind my sectional couch, providing beautiful uplight and then allowing us to sit on the couch and read. I look into the family room from the kitchen and they do not block the view of the room (and the TV). They are quite tall (71") and you will need more mid-level lighting in your room, unless you just want to keep the reading light on and angle it up. Both lights dim, the controls are handy and this is one beautiful lamp, it's like a piece of art.
