Pros: great construction and finish. shipped fast and arrived well packed with no damage.Easy to install.

Cons: We needed to install this from a tall vaulted ceiling. The Chandelier comes with 12 feet of wire but only 4 feet of chain to hang it from. None of the big box home improvement stores carried chain close to the shape and color of the piece included with the product. Luckily we had saved chain from past intallation projects and the shape and color match close enough. We put the odd chian toward the top add couldn't notice the slight color difference once installed.
