Needed this specific lamp for a remodel project. Didn't think to go to amazon® first, to my regret. Three so-called lighting expert websites were very happy to sell me the fixture and claim them to be "in-stock" for immediate delivery only to cancel the orders after 2 or 3 days with the excuse that this fixture was a "manufacturer discontinued item."
Luckily, I eventually tried amazon® as my last resort, only to discover that amazon's inventory showed 5 on hand, that the price was equal to my best price at the other sites, PLUS there was no sales tax and standard free delivery. The lamp arrived this afternoon ahead of schedule and exactly as I expected and ordered. This is not the first time that I've been disappointed by so-called specialty web suppliers.
The lamp itself is precisely what we needed to complete a bedroom remodeling project, matching other "iron-work-ish" tables, floor lamps, wall art and a bed frame. A quality manufacturer at an extremely competitive (lowest found) price. Well done amazon®!
