Very happy with the quality and overall look once installed. I bought both the three light and the five light fixture. The three light fixture makes a great entry way light. The five light was for a dining room. I have 14' ceilings so with the full length of chain provided the bottom of the light hangs about 7' above the floor, which puts them about even with the top of the doorway.
I had these professionally installed by an electrician and he was very impressed, especially when I told him what the price was.

I purchased this because it accepts standard (rather than candelabra) base CFL bulbs. It looks very nice and the 5 bulbs illuminate my room well. However, the decorative metal below the glass shades is very flimsy and it took me quite a while to bend it into position such that the glass shades were positioned consistently. At first each one was cocked in a different direction. It also takes a bit of time to spread the 5 arms out so they are evenly distributed.Looks great considering the price. While I was installing I probably would have given it 3 stars, but now that it is up I think it is deserving of five, so I'll give an average of 4.
