I was concerned that this lamp might be a little too big for my new L-shaped desk and hutch, but it is the perfect size to sit on the "elbow" of the desktop and casts just the right amount of light for night-time computer work. I love the unique and interesting "bird/branch" effect which adds an interesting dimension to an everyday object. I highly recommend this lamp for any décor that focuses on nature. Very sturdy and well made. Love it!

I absolutely love this lamp. I had searched several avenues to find the perfect nature themed lamp that would go with our newly redone family room. Birds were what I wanted and these looked closeer to being real then others I had viewed and I like the branches they are perched on. The shade is narrower when viewed from the side and it is very striking, plus the shade is a nice natural color and not just solid-sort of thinner(in a good way)The only thing I would have liked would have been for the branch on the right side to have been positioned better. It is metal but I was afraid to try to bend it and posibly break the branch. So just like nature, they are not symmetrical. If you love nature, you will appreciate this lamp for years to come.
