The lamp has to be assembled, but that wasn't the problem... After assembling it I noticed a few dents at the base of the land stand ... Booooooo! Too big to return and all the hassle I would have to go through , I'll just put it behind the couch or end table. The crystals are plastic though.

Arrived on time was good over all as expected although the lightbulbs that came with it blew as soon as the lamp was turned on.

It was easy to assemble and arrived with a few dents in the base of the lamp and one of the bulbs did not work. but it is a real nice lamp over all. It added a nice touch to my room.
