I see a lot of reviewers complain about the packaging. I dont understand how they would break during transport, whats more likely happened, is they attempted to pull the packaging cubes off the lights, resulting in it breaking. just unscrew the light, pull off the packaging. light is Awesome, everything id hope it would be!

Had a issue 2 months in with my bulbs, 2 blew in the same 24 hours. wrote a email to the company, they offered very crappy cust service, so they loose 2 stars. hopefully you improve how you treat your customers with TIMELY response's(i didnt get a response at all, after someone was very rude with me)

First I tried a cheap light from a local discount store & had tall skinny seedlings. This light is a huge improvement. My plants look better than the starter plants at the store. Well worth the money. In fact I will probably order another one!

Light is great, could have only asked for one more thing. Clearly state that it does not come with hanging robes/cables. Maybe its standard to purchase separately, but I did not know that.

Perfect lights for seed starting and growing. Extremely bright and much higher intensity than regular flourescents.

Product was well packaged and delivery was fairly quick.

No wiring,plug it in and turn it on.......love it, brighter than all get out. I talked to a guy who has replaced all of his HID lights in favor of banks of T-5's. His logic was that he could get the t-5's so close to his plants without harming them, that the plants were actually recieving more lumens than with a 1000 watt HID......that's quite a claim!! I'm not sure if he is correct, but I wouldn't be surprised at all, this thing is much brighter than the 6 bulb T-8 fixture that I also have......
