Minka-Aire are high quality fans that actually push the air. The fan on high, medium or low produce zero sound. Very easy to mount quality hardware. Everything is provided except for a phillips screwdriver & wire strippers. Quality wire-nuts, mounting bolts, Sticky back balance weights & 1 balancing weight that you can slide along the edge of the fan blade "It stays in place; very snug fit, will not fling off." Out of the three Minka-Aire fans they didn't come close to needing any of the balance weights. You have the option of 4 or 5 blades depending on what row of holes you use when mounting the fan blade brackets.
You will be very happy with purchasing the Minka-Aire fan. The fan arrived two days after placing the order & the packaging was factory packaged with the molded styrofoam to hold everything in place. I could not be any happier with this or any other fan. Also, I separately purchased a Minka-Aire K33-TW light kit that you just have to push the plugs together and tighten the mounting screws and you're ready to go.

I love my new fan. I needed to replace the fan in the master bedroom and this seemed to fit the bill when I read the reviews. It came with easy to follow directions and installation was complete in 2.5 hours! Not a bad re cord for a complete novice! It came complete with light attachment, glass globe and even an energy saving light bulb! Complete! No need for trip to hardware store! This is my seconded purchased Minka Aire fan from Amazon. I have one in my living room that I just adore and now one just like it for my bedroom. This fan was ordered because it does not have ceiling lights, which I hate since I have more than adequate lighting in all of my rooms. It is quiet, simple to install, just great with the streamline looks and I have received lots of compliments on the fan when people come to visit. I'm really gonna love this one in the bedroom to keep the air in my house circulating.If you want an exceptional fan and a reasonable price, take a good look at the Minka Aire F547-WH Contractor 52" indoor Ceiling Fan. By the way, I had received notice that the fan would be delivered on November 6th, but I got the fan on October 28th and it was up and running on the evening it was received. Can't beat that for service.
