Though the first lamp I received was not in good order, the seller promptly replaced it with a perfectly good one. The lamp is lightweight and easy to assemble. The height is adjustable from practically short enough to be a table lamp to approx. 5' tall. It's easy to adjust and I am very satisfied with the final product.

Very nice for the price. Nice finish. Cord comes out on the base and there is a switch by the light...both unusual features in a lamp of this price. Shipping was good and lamp arrived undamaged.

the lamp shade is not mica . it is paper pasted over some plastic. :-( please keep this in mind

Found better quality for less but not design I was looking for and its a little shorter than I wanted. It leans when extended as slip joint is not high quality.
