I installed this heater in an 11x14' bathroom. The heater works well, but I would prefer a larger model for quicker heating of a space this size.

Purchased this as part of a bathroom remodel job. I found the instructions easy to use, and mounting the device in the existing hole was easy. My only complaint with Broan is their propensity to change designs every few years. I would have loved to simply replace the existing fan with a new version of the same fan. Unfortunately, the wholes were slightly different. This led to a need to redo the whole wall and ultimately led to a complete remodel job.
