Really stylish night table lamp. The instructions for assembly were n a small piece of paper so if you have vision problems, you better get a magnifying glass! Otherwise, it's exactly what I was expecting. Too bad US in line switches have that rough-feeling rotary thing. A european style switch would have been much more preferable but I got used to it.

I was not aware that this required assembly. I felt item was over priced when considering the cost of the parts involved. I expected rice paper. One screw did not insert properly. Despite that, it is attractive (As long as you have handy a permanent black marker to fix a chip on the black wood).

These look beautiful on the ends of my entertainment console. 60 watts incandescent bulbs give these a good light level. Assembly is straight-forward and material quality is very good.

I bought two of these and both suffered from the lack of proper length bolts for assembly. I contacted Adesso for the proper bolts and they simply suggested I contact Amazon for a return. I responded saying I simply needed the bolts but it has been several days with no response.
