I needed a flexible floor lamp to enable me to read while sitting in my recliner chair, and this one worked perfectly. It is obviously very high quality, and the goose neck makes it very easy to adjust to illuminate my reading material (books, newspapers, and my kindle) perfectly.

I needed a well made, solid lamp with a small footprint that would adjust in height, and that has a gooseneck. This fits the the bill nicely. Great for aiming light at a still life, or for extra light at my canvas. I use a ge reveal bulb and the light looks natural.
