This item arrived undamaged, was easy to install, puts out a fair amount of light and looks good up close. There is technically nothing wrong with it. But...It is listed as being 21" wide. Hanging it looks very small so I measured it and 21" seems like a stretch. Either way, the delicate appearance makes it look smaller and in my opinion just blah. Your eye kind of wants to look past it.
Had I seen this in a store I would have passed.

Good quality, nice clean design. This made a huge impact on the overall feel of the room. Not very busy, so if you looking for something elegant, yet simple, this is a good choice.My only negative aspect of this was the chain link adjustment. Sure I can open the link with pliers and close it back up, but you can aslo chip the finish on the links. Maybe they could supply one master link type link. I know ideally you only set it up once, but incase you had to move it up or down at times, you would have a fairly simple option.
I'm happy with it.
