I have not given this gift yet, but opened the box to inspect it when it arrived. It was packaged well, and arrived in less than 24hrs with no additional charge!! It seems like it will be a nice size for a desk lamp. I am sure the purdue fan will love it. The price is much less than buying this lamp from the university store....that is nice.

If you are a Nebraska cornhusker fan, you've got to have this lamp. This is a beautiful tiffany lamp. It is well made and very carefully packaged for shipping. The big red 'N' on one side and the word 'Husker' in red on the other is just perfect. I like the chain pull switch and the detail on the lamp stand. It's almost 2 feet tall, so it works well as a desk lamp or a lamp for your night stand. It's just a truly attractive home decor.
