Bought 3 sets of these lights just short of a year ago. 7 our of the 14 lights stopped working, was it the batteries??? NO, brand new batteries 3 times and yes they are the rechargeable solar light batteries. The second strand went 1 month after the first set went out, the 3rd set which is 1 month old, is not going to be installed after seeing and knowing what the first 2 sets did. I think this has something to do with quality control...which in the day and age there is no such thing. I wished I had never seen these lights....cost me a small fortune that I will NOT get back.

You can plug them in or just let the sun do all the work mine stay
