We installed this fan today and though it took about 20 minutes, it well exceeds our expectations. It looks beautiful and works great. Quiet and just what we wanted. A great price too!

The fan itself is beautiful but after my husband, who has experience in construction, installed the light we could not get the light component to work. Customer service would only send him a partial replacement component, not the part of the light fixture that was faulty. By the time we had dealt with Hunter and looked locally for a replacement part, the return on the fan had expired. I would not recommend purchasing this fan as Hunter has poor customer service and now due to the difficulties in working them we have to completely replace the fan with a local product.

We placed the ceiling fan in our newly renovated kitchen. Fan is quiet but let's off a lot of air for its smaller size. I am very happy with our purchase. Looks great in kitchen & would probably look great in any smaller room

This is my second Hunter fan. The first one an Astoria is nice. It is quiet and has worked well now for over a month. My second Hunter Fan the Auberville, appears to be of similar quality, but was missing its pull chains. Included with the fan is a note that tells you to call customer service if a part is missing and do not return the fan. The first time around hunter sent me two damaged pulls with no chains. The second time around they sent two fan pulls, no light pull and only one chain. They failed to send a second chain and the clips to connect the chains and the clips to attach the pulls. When I tried to rectify the situation I was told that HomeClick and Amazon are not authorized retailers and that Hunter Fan would not honor its warranty. They instructed me to return the fan. So now I am disassembling the fan for return because Hunter won't send me a light pull, a chain and clips to connect them.

Note: These Hunter fans came with wood screws and are meant to attach to a wood plate. I had to do some customizing to install them into my ceiling, which does not have wood beams. Installation of ceiling fans is not hard, but not easy either, as some wiring may be required. I had to pull a new wire from the wall switch to the fan so I could control the light and fan seperately.
