I purchased this coordinating ceiling fan based on glowing reviews of Kichler products. I purchased this light kit because the output of the individual fan was not sufficient enough. We use the duo as our primary source of lighting in a family room; but it simply isn't enough. We will have to purchase an additional task light to make up for the lack of brightness. I gave 4 stars because it did perform as per the spec sheet. The light bulb output is with 3x60W B10 candelabra base bulbs. I think we purchased led lights as opposed to the incandescent since I was able to achieve a higher lumen rating this way.
