It was love at first sight! And until I finally purchased the orange lamp, it followed me around from site to site on the web--you know how Amazon, among others, makes that happen. We were planning on moving to a brand new place soon, and we needed to renew our furnishings. I had already purchased the parsons chairs for the dining room and orange was among the shades of brown on those. I would get some shade of brown for the living room and the room would cry out for the orange lamp. More than six months later, we are relocated, the furniture is all in place and the orange lamp shines bright---bringing a mellow mood to all whom enter here.
