This chandelier is the perfect size for a rental I own, it was easy to assemble and install I didn't go to the instructions at all but I am a contractor.

Plenty of extra wire and enough chain for most rooms. I gave it four stars because of the price. The brass might be better than cheaper ones this size

I don't know. I never buy the cheapest somewhere in the middle and hope the quality is there. In this case for the money I think it is. I'll put it this way

nothing at Lowe's or Home Depot has this quality for the price.

This has a beautiful look but while putting it together be careful not to let any parts or equipment hit the paint, it comes off easily. Once it's up tho, doesn't seem to be a problem but haven't had it for very long.

I'm loving the old world details on this chandelier. We were searching for something that had timeless elegance, and this is just right. It is well made, easy to install and overall, just plain beautiful. I also liked that it came with the antique white "candle" wrappers. I'm replacing the bright white ones on my wall sconces to match.
