I use this lamp and one more just like it I bought at a retail store for light over my full size pool table. It's perfect height and extends beautifully of the table for perfect full lighting. The room the table was in has vaulted ceiling and no ceiling outlets so would have cost way too much to install ceiling lighting. Anyway it arrived in perfect shape and I paid 1/3 of the price for this lamp than the EXACT same lamp I bought in the store, luckily the store only had 1 so I looked on Amazon and was both shocked and excited at finding it there at the price I got.
