This is a cute lamp but not of the best quality. However, since we're just decorating our 3-yo's room, it will suffice for the next couple of years. The lamp shade is just hard cardboard with blue tape on top & bottom and the train is pretty straight forward, as pictured. The shipping; however, took longer than expected (and published), which I didn't appreciate because this was the last item I was waiting on for our son's "train" room, and it took a week longer than anything else we ordered on Amazon.

Best Deals for Children's Wooden Train Table Lamp

The base of the lamp is super cute. I love it. The shade on the other hand? A complete disaster. It's basically a paper shade with a ribbon glued on the bottom which was already frayed and fell off by the time it arrived to me. This lamp is not cheap and I am so dissapointed that the seller would be ok with actually sending a shade as cheap as this. Had i been able to find anything else that I liked for my son's room, I would have returned this in a heartbeat. How disappointing.
