First of all this is my second hydrofarm light, and they are excellent. I also have the 2' 4 bulb light. Although this product does not say so in the description it is a HO fixture and tubes. Had a little problem and amazon took care of it in 5 minutes. They always have excellent customer service. My other fixture has been running on a timer for over a year now no problems. Bulbs are getting cheaper too. If you are looking for a T5HO fixture this is the company to buy from.

It works good in limited space for growing plants indoors. I have 2 small plants under it now. I give it an a+, thinking about buying another one.

I currently run 4 tanks on pressurized co2 and I bought this light for one of the tanks. It is much sturdier than the typical plastic lights frequently sold as it is metal throughout. The attached hanging clips are pretty beneficial too. I have only used it for a week, but I am satisfied with it for sure. You also can't go wrong with a 5 year warranty on ballasts, which it has. I dont know exactly how good the bulbs are for aquatic plants, but you can always purchase different ones if you choose. I'm using the stock bulbs.

I bought this for starting my vegetable seedlings indoors. It is high quality construction. Bulbs were intact when they arrived. I thought it was going to be a little wider that it is. It does not cover the entire width of a gurney's 50 starter set so I have to rotate the seedlings daily. But it works great. The bulbs are High Output and they are in the bluer spectrum so they are working awesome for seedlings. My seedlings aren't leggy at all.

Used a couple of these lights all season to start seeds and grow lettuce inside. they work like a charm and all the bulbs are still going strong.
