The primary reason I bought this light is that you can use 3 100-watt (or CFL equivalent) light bulbs. Most of the other close-to-ceiling lights I looked at only held 2 60-watt bulbs. Having the extra brightness was the deciding factor for me.
The light was relatively easy to install, although the instructions included weren't so easy to follow. Because you're dealing with electrical wiring, it's best if you have some prior experience with installing lighting.
The only reason I didn't rate this light as "5 stars" is that the glass is more cream than white and part of the light arrived broken.
