The first time we received the item, one of the light covers was broken. We followed the Amazon return procedures which took time we could have spent doing other things.

Today, we received the replacement lighting fixture and it was missing one of the covers. So now we have a seven bulb lighting fixture with only six covers. Talk about inept.

I really don't want to send another one back, but if I do, I want a refund. I don't want to deal with this vendor again.

After reading review of damages, poor packaging, etc for this light I was a little nervous about ordering but went ahead & got it anyway. I had been hunting for the right size and style for a long time. It arrived with no damage. One of the curved "arms" was slightly off, but was easy enough to adjust so that it was straight. I changed out the light myself and the instructions were pretty easy to understand. I would buy this again.

Just remodeled bathrooms before putting my house on the market. It was hard to find 7-light fixtures & these were the most reasonably priced. Guess you get what you pay for had to return several boxes with broken shades or twisted metal. Scavenged enough pieces to get them up on the wall. They finally work OK & actually look nice but the process was frustrating.

Beautiful chrome finish. Liked having seven lamps and globes...replaced a same length fixture that only had four lamps/globes. Lights up the whole bathroom and has plenty of light for skin care and makeup. Sturdy construction. First one received was damaged, but replacement was perfect.

The item was damaged in transit so we ordered another. The second one was also damaged but we were able to fix the dent and use it. The quality is not good and not up to amazon standards. If I had it to do again I would go with another product.
