I had an unused Ball Fan from the Modern Fan Company in my basement. It was originally to be used in a house that had recessed lighting and did not require additional lighting on the fan. I was very happy to find this lighting kit which fits perfectly and matches the brushed aluminum finish. For those of you who know the quality of the finish of the fans made by Modern Fan Company you will appreciate that the same quality goes into the lighting kit.
I could not be more happy with my purchase. As I am now in an older home I combined this purchase with a remote control kit by the same company so that I could independently control the light and the fan and everything works like a charm.
